Since 2004, Christina has been representing buyers and sellers throughout greater Seattle accomplish their real estate dreams. She earned a Managing Broker license in 2006, holds an Accredited Buyer Representative designation, the national benchmark for excellence in buyer representation, and is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  A sampling of her clients include executives relocating to and moving from Seattle for companies such as Amazon and Google, attorneys at some of Seattle’s top law firms, incoming professors to the University of Washington and first-time homebuyers.  She prides her real estate practice on experience, market knowledge and integrity, while being incredibly detail-oriented, patient and caring. She strives to exceed client expectations by serving as a trusted advocate, protecting and educating her clients throughout their real estate transaction. Moreover, she truly enjoys getting to know her clients, their children and guiding them through one of life's biggest transitions-buying and selling a home.

Being a Seattle native and having lived in the neighborhoods where she practices, Christina is able to provide her clients relevant market expertise. She is dedicated to working with her buyers to find the right home for their lifestyle and securing the best outcome for her sellers in this very competitive market. She has a coordinated team of local lenders, inspectors and service providers ready to ensure each real estate experience is successful and closes on schedule. Christina builds long lasting relationships with her clients by always keeping their best interests at the forefront of every home purchase or sale. Her repeat clients are a testament to this.

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Christina served as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations for the University of Washington Business School. Here she collaborated with CEOs, COOs and CFOs in support of the school’s fundraising goals while recruiting key executives to participate in various academic programs.  The skills of marketing, collaboration and negotiation honed in this role have proved beneficial to her real estate clients.

Christina is well versed in Seattle area schools including public and private options. She has lived on Queen Anne since 2003, has been an active parent volunteer at her son's schools and community volunteer for various organizations. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Washington.
