Experience. Knowledge. Integrity.

Home is where life unfolds, family milestones are celebrated, and memories are made. To Christina, real estate is more than a career; it's her passion for helping clients find the perfect place to call home or achieve their selling goals. For more than twenty years, Christina has guided buyers and sellers across Greater Seattle, to purchase and sell condos, townhomes, and single-family houses.

Christina is known for her attention to detail, patience, and care. She is a Managing Broker, holds designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and has worked with a diverse clientele, including tech executives, attorneys, professors, and first-time homebuyers. Regardless of their background, her approach remains the same: she listens intently, tailors strategies to meet unique needs, and works tirelessly to deliver exceptional results. Because of this, Christina’s business comes from repeat clients and referrals.

As a Seattle native, long-time Queen Anne homeowner, and mom to a teenage son, Christina possesses an intimate knowledge of the city’s unique neighborhoods and schools, making her an invaluable resource for those relocating to the area. Her trusted network of local lenders, inspectors, and service providers ensures a seamless buying or selling experience.

Before her real estate career, Christina was the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the University of Washington Business School, where she honed her skills in negotiation, marketing, and relationship-building—skills she now uses to advocate for her real estate clients.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her family, going for long walks, and traveling. Deeply rooted in Seattle, she has been an active volunteer at her son’s schools and within the Greek community.

Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Washington. Her dedication to her clients has earned her the Seattle Magazine Five Star Real Estate Agent Award annually from 2012 to 2024.
